The kids absolutely love Monument, Colorado. They are performing well in school, have gobs of friends, have a nice puppy named Spark, and now only occasionally talk about mom.

Today, I dealt with a ton from the student who overdosed. He finally admitted to a continuous flow of drugs, sales to support his drug habit, and other illicit behavior.

The date with Mandy went exceptionally well. We had lunch at her house – well prepared. She lives down the block from Herb and Shelly Tompkins (Janae’s parents).

Smitty stopped over after supper and asked about Mandy. He was reading this on a social media platform that I was spotted at the Sondheim musical with Mandy Friedman.
